Exemptions

Indevin Group Limited (IGL), Harrogate Trustee Limited and Gregory Tomlinson are exempted from rule 6(1) of the Code in relation to any increase in their voting control resulting from IGL’s acquisition of all of the shares in Villa Maria Estate Limited.
