Exemptions for Beconwood Securities Pty Limited, Abel Tasman Corporation Limited and Cathay Financial Services Limited from rule 7(d) of the Code who would increase their voting control as a result of underwriting arrangements which related to a non-renounceable rights issue and for Training Solutions Plus Limited from rule 16(b) of the Code.
