Synlait Limited - Exemption Notice 2008
Exemptions from rule 6(1) of the Code for John William Penno, Ben McFarlane Dingle, and Juliet Ann Maclean in respect of any increase in that person's voting control arising from an allotment of voting securities in Synlait Limited and from rule 7(d) of the Code in respect of any increase in voting control as a result of the allotment of voting securities under the earn-out entitlement (as defined in the notice). Also, an exemption for Synlait from rule 16(b) and (d) of the Code.
