Exemptions

An exemption from rule 35 of the Code for the specified shareholders, in respect of the equity securities that they hold or control in LME, in relation to their intention to accept the full takeover offer from New Dawn Energy Limited, and the likelihood that they will be acting jointly or in concert with New Dawn for the purposes of making the offer.
