An exemption from rule 6(1) for Newmont Mining Corporation and every wholly owned subsidiary of Newmont in respect of any increase in their voting control in Otter Gold Mines Limited as a result of a wholly owned subsidiary of Newmont acquiring shares in Normandy Mining Limited.
