Metlifecare Limited - Exemption Notice 2006
An exemption for RVNZ Investments Limited from rule 6(1) of the Code in respect of any increase of voting rights in Metlifecare Limited held or controlled by RVNZ Investments Limited arising from RVNZ’s acquisition of all the shares in RVNZ Holdings Limited as part of Metlifecare’s corporate reorganisation.
