Exemptions

An exemption to Kingsgate International Corporation Limited, subject to conditions, from clause 20(b) of Schedule 2 of the Code in so far as Kingsgate is required to make available, in accordance with that clause, the valuation reports referred to in Kingsgate's target company statement sent to offerees in relation to a takeover offer by KIN Holdings Limited.
