Exemptions

Exemptions from rule 6(1) of the Code to any person increasing their percentage of voting rights in The Todd Corporation Limited as a result of a transfer of shares in The Todd Corporation in accordance with the constitution of that company, or becoming a trustee of a family trust, or as a result of a reduction in the number of trustees of a family trust.
