Exemptions for Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Deutsche New Zealand Limited, DB Valoren S.a.r.l. and CIP Holdings Limited from rule 6(1) of the Code in respect of any increase of voting rights held by them as a result of a proposed transaction to be effected by way of a scheme of arrangement.
