Ruapehu Alpine Lifts Limited - Exemption Notice 2022

Retrospective exemption from rule 6(1) of the Code for every trustee of the Ruapehu Alpine Lifts Trust who increased their voting control in Ruapehu Alpine Lifts Limited (RAL) as a result of:
- historic acquisitions and forfeiture of shares; and
- historic trustee changes.
Exemption for every trustee of the Ruapehu Alpine Lifts Trust from rule 6(1) of the Code in relation to any future increase in that person’s voting control in RAL resulting from a person being appointed as a trustee or ceasing to be a trustee.
