Exemptions for the trustees of the Pie Melon Bay Trust and Bruce George Plested (settlor of the trust) from rule 6(1) of the Code in respect of any inadvertent breach of the Code arising from the transfer of shares in Mainfreight Limited as part of rearrangement of private and financial affairs in accordance with professional advice.
