Fulton Hogan Limited - Exemption Notice 2007
A number of exemptions from rule 6(1) of the Code in relation to increased holding or control of voting securities in Fulton Hogan Limited in respect of buybacks, transfers of voting securities to Fulton transferees, the allotment of voting securities under each of the rights offer, the employee share scheme, and the share bonus scheme.
