Exemptions

Exemptions from rule 6(1) of the Code for:

• every Todd family member, Todd family company and trustee of a Todd family trust in relation to any increase in that person’s voting control as a result of a transfer effected in accordance with clauses 13.1, 13.2, 14 and 15 of the new constitution; and
• every person who is or becomes a trustee of a Todd family trust in relation to any increase in that person’s voting control as a result of being appointed as a trustee or a reduction in the number of trustees.
