Exemptions from rule 6(1) for various individuals and the trustees of various trusts in respect of an increase in voting control in Pacific Print Group Limited resulting from their acquisitions of shares from ANZ National Bank Limited and the trustees of the Printers Trust, and the conversion of Class A shares into ordinary shares.
