An exemption from rule 6(1) for Arthur Richard Andrew Scace and Hugh Anthony Arrell, as trustees of the George R Gardiner Estate Trust in respect of an increase in voting control resulting from the reduction in the number of the trustees of that trust due to the death of Helen Elsie Elizabeth Gardiner.
