An exemption for South Canterbury Finance Limited from rule 6(1) of the Code in respect of its acquisition of the beneficial interest of ordinary shares in New Zealand Wool Services International Limited and an exemption for Mr and Mrs Hubbard from rule 6(1) in respect of any increase of voting control resulting from the transfer of the beneficial interest.
