Utilico Limited - Exemption Notice 2007
An exemption from rule 6(1) for Utilico Limited in respect of its increase in voting control in Infratil Limited and Utilico International Limited arising from its acquisition of all the assets of Utilico Investment Trust PLC (UIT), after UIT was wound up and its assets transferred to Utilico under a scheme of reconstruction.
