Exemptions for LPL Trustee Limited from rule 7(d) of the Code respect of requirements for a notice of meeting under rule 16(b), and an exemption for Life Pharmacy Limited from rules 16(b) and (d) as a result of the exercise of an option granted to LPL Trustee under an option deed entered into with Life Pharmacy.
