Exemptions

Exemption from clause 20(b) of Schedule 2 to the Code to the extent that it requires valuation reports, referred to in the independent adviser’s report in respect of the full takeover offer by CDL Hotels Holdings New Zealand Limited, to be made available for inspection and copies of the valuation reports to be sent to any offeree on request.
