Exemptions

An exemption from rule 54(2) of the Code for Turners and Growers Horticulture Limited in respect of its failure to send an acquisition notice to the outstanding security holders in Kerifresh Limited within the specified timeframe, in relation to a full takeover offer for Kerifresh.
