Exemptions

Each of First Credit Union Incorporated, Police and Families Credit Union Incorporated, Timothy James Hurring, and Susan Jane Hurring and Timothy James Hurring as trustees of the T.J. and S.J. Hurring Family Trust are exempted from rule 6(1) of the Code and Part 7 of the Code in relation to any increase in their voting control as a result of:

• a buyback of shares in the Code company; and
• the sale and purchase of shares in the Code company.
