Exemptions

Exemption from rule 17(2) of the Code to allow any shareholder of The Todd Corporation Limited (TCL) who, as a result of the conversion of non-voting redeemable preference shares in TCL into ordinary shares, does not increase their voting control in TCL to vote on the resolution approving the conversion.
