Exemptions

Exemptions for Life Pharmacy Limited and certain specified persons (investors) in connection with rule 7(d) of the Code and Beauty Direct and Online Limited in connection with rule 16(b) of the Code, for a proposed transaction where the price for an issue of shares is based on the achievement of certain earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation or turnover targets.
