Takeovers Panel inquires into increases of voting control in Global Horticulture Limited

The Takeovers Panel has decided to convene a meeting under section 32(1) of the Takeovers Act 1993 to inquire into certain increases of voting control in Global Horticulture Limited that occurred in or around March 2014 and October 2016.
Following this meeting, the Panel may determine whether it is satisfied or is not satisfied that certain shareholders (or other persons) acted in compliance with the Takeovers Code in respect of those increases in voting control.
The meeting will be a private meeting.
