The transactions register is a database of transactions that have been conducted in accordance with the Takeovers Code or under Part 15 of the Companies Act 1993. Ultimately, the register is intended to be comprehensive and will include all key transaction documents. At this stage, gaps remain as we seek consent to post copyright material, and as we backfill the historic transactions.
