As an independent Crown entity, the Takeovers Panel prepares a Statement of Performance Expectations that sets out our performance targets and provides a base against which actual performance can be assessed for the purposes of section 149L of the Crown Entities Act. This should be read in conjunction with our Statement of Intent.
