31 July 2018 - Martin Jenkins

The State Services Commission has published a report on the Inquiry into the Use of External Security Consultants. SSC has proactively released documents containing substantive advice and decisions relating to the Inquiry. In support of the release of the report, the Takeovers Panel has published its official information relating to the matter. The Panel’s official information consists of a letter to Martin Jenkins (author of the report).
