Facilitation of Capital Raising in Response to COVID-19 Exemption Notice 2020
Various exemptions from rule 6(1) of the Code to facilitate certain capital raisings in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please note that while this Exemption Notice is still in effect in order to allow certain conditions to operate, the exemptions only apply to increases in voting control that occurred on or before 31 December 2020. It is no longer possible to rely on this exemption notice for further increases in voting control.
